Dovely Microbakery is opening its doors again this Saturday!
We are delighted to be here opening up the bakery to welcome you all again, and serve you with delicious nutritious sourdough bread as well as sweet treats and other exciting fares!
On the menu this time are our usual pure and naturally leavened Dovely doughnuts, crusty white sourdough bread, multi seed, the popular olive and herb, a new selection of rustic rolls, the “miche” (large family farmhouse loaf), tomato and oregano, as well as our extra long 48 hour fermented one. This gives the added benefits of having reduced gluten and sugars due to the fermentation process.
We will also have Viennese whirls, chocolate brownies, cardamom and cinnamon buns, lemon drizzle cake, and the biscuit range plus our aioli, sauerkraut and sambal.
Our mission is to create all our products without including anything artificial, as well as using predominantly organic ingredients. For the sake of our health and for the planet.
We very much look forward to seeing you there! It is easy to park, we take contactless payment as well as cash.
We will of course be serving samples and welcome any questions about our methods.
