Have you ever wondered if you have any celebrities in your family history? Lucy Milner’s great-grandfather, Edward Thomas. Antar’s great-grandfather was Coco the clown. Lucy and Antar have kindly agreed to share their memories and their knowledge of these two distinguished people at a presentation entitled ‘The Poet and the Clown’ in The Clubroom, starting at 7.30 on Thursday 30th March.

TEG Spring Litter Pick

After the wonderful support for our Winter Litter Pick with 15 volunteers joining us and collecting 60 bags of litter (and various other items that had been fly tipped) in only 2 hours we will be excited to see how many people come to our Spring Litter Pick. Please bring gloves and sturdy boots. Litter Picking equipment is provided.

We have exciting news to share with you, We are holding Lowick Village Country Fair this year and would like to invite you, your family and friends along to a wonderful afternoon. Exhibit your car at the Car Show follow the link to the booking form. We are asking for small registration fee of £5 per car.

STAUNCH – Open Garden Event

On Sunday 18th June STAUNCH will be holding an Open Gardens Event to help raise funds. We currently have 9 confirmed gardens and possibly 2 more. However, we hope for 15 gardens in total, so that we can attract as many people as possible.

Our main aim is to represent the interests of parishioners at local, regional and national level, and to contribute to the debate on issues that might affect them.
