After establishing her successful Exercise4Seniors class, Stephanie Taylor is now turning her sights on another group. Her new lunchtime “Legs, Bums and Tums” class starts next Monday 5th March at the Pavilion. This class is suitable for everyone and consists of specific exercises to strengthen and tone the muscles of the legs/glutes and those supporting our abdominal core. The class starts at 12:30 and lasts just under an hour. No registration is necessary. Simply turn up at the Pavilion. £5 a session – pay as you go.
