On Wednesday 17th March, at an ENC planning committee held virtually, the application 20/01650 for change of use of agricultural building to class B8 storage and distribution at Newbrook Farm was discussed. The chair of TPC represented the Council’s views, along with one villager. Despite our objections to the application EN planners decided that the application was good for employment and the site was contained enough with limited space to keep this “low key”. Two conditions were added to ensure that no retail was to take place from the site and the sign to turn right was to stay in place.
