The immediate future of Newbrook Farm will be determined by East Nothants Council next week. The plan to turn the site into a haulage yard will be put to the planning committee at a meeting to held on Wednesday at 6:30pm – on Zoom. The original retrospective plan was rejected last year. However, after the land owner made a number of changes, planning officers have recommended that the new application be granted.
