Our Valley Under Threat by Local Film Maker

Tony Knivett and his wife Liz have lived in Titchmarsh for many years. You might know him as the quietly-spoken, white-haired gentleman with the bushy moustache who lives near the village shop. If you know him well enough you might be aware that he plays the drums and is a member of a virtual blues band. What you almost certainly don’t know is that Tony is also a bit of a film maker.

Determined to make a contribution to oppose plans to develop the Glebe Land, Tony decided to make a short film. He and his friend finished work a few days ago. The end result is a wonderful piece of film making which is both engaging and understated. It perfectly captures the impending danger to the Nene Valley and the landscape which surrounds us.
