On Wednesday morning, a post was raised on the Village Facebook page regarding dog mess on the Playing Fields. Please remember that we do have CCTV cameras pointing out from the pavilion that cover nearly all of the area. We have discussed this many times at committee but we can’t cover folks who simply don’t ‘pick up’.

Based on timings from the event, I have reviewed the camera footage and there are 2 dogs being walked (one on a lead, one not). As we have no evidence of either of them in the ‘act’ (the low sun is shining into the camera), I won’t post any pictures. But… PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG!

These are community facilities that are regularly used by a youth team for football training and matches; we need to work together to keep them clean.
