We are delighted to announce that the Trident Pub Company plans to take over the Wheatsheaf from the end of September with continued ongoing support from Stuart.

This new business venture is a collaboration between June Dove, Stu and myself. 

All the wonderful, existing staff will be staying with us as we start this new chapter. Our main aim is to keepthe pub open, maintain and continue to build a safe and enjoyable social central hub for all our village community and new/existing customers. 

I will be talking with you all and with our various local clubs and societies to work together collaboratively exploring different ideas, opportunities and events for the Wheatsheaf. 

Thank you to those who set up reverse tabs which are currently in place. These will be transferred and honoured by the Trident Pub Company.

Finally, thank you to everyone who has been involved in helping us get to this point. We are really grateful for your advice and help.  We are very excited and really looking forward to your continued support and custom.
