Street Doctor

Despite recent roadworks and upgrades, many of the county’s roads are in a pretty dire condition. There are pot holes, cracked paving slabs and unintelligible road markings – all of which can prove hazardous for both pedestrians and drivers alike. With such an extensive road network it is often members of the public who spot these faults before the official highways agencies. That’s why Northamptonshire County Council have set-up Street Doctor.

Street Doctor is a service where you can report highways problems directly to the agency responsible and they guarantee to inspect it. When you report the fault you will be asked to fill in a few details to help locate your problem. You will then receive a unique reference number which you can use to check the progress of your report.

Street Doctor is a great service and one which villagers are encouraged to use as often as possible. The more people that report a problem, the sooner it will be dealt with.
