The STAUNCH Fund-Raising Team are working hard putting together a calendar of events to help raise funds for the expected appeals for both Newlands and IM properties planning applications for warehouses between Titchmarsh and Thrapston. Our next big event is:
Titchmarsh Open Gardens & Craft Fair
Titchmarsh, near Thrapston, Northamptonshire
Sunday 18th June 2023 11.00am to 4.00p
10 gardens open
In the pretty Conservation village of Titchmarsh we have small, large, established and new, neat and tidy or rambling wildlife gardens – there is something for everyone!
Including – Tea, cake and other refreshments available in several gardens and the church, Craft Fair and our Village Shop will be open! Our village beekeeper will be selling honey and the village Artisan Bakery – Dovely Bakery will also be open.
All proceeds go to STAUNCH – Save Titchmarsh Thrapston and Upper Nene Valley Countryside and Habitats who have amalgamated with the Nene Valley Association with the long term aim of gaining AONB for the Upper Nene Valley. Supported by Alan Titchmarsh who has links with the village for obvious reasons!
There will be a plant stall and some garden owners will be selling a selection of plants that you will have seen growing in the village.

Directions / Parking Parking is available in the Village Playing Field Car Park or on the street around the village.
Toilet Facilities Toilets are available at St Mary’s Church, The Clubroom and The Wheatsheaf pub.
Communities are joining together to stop this incessant over-development in our County and campaign groups are working together to ensure our voice is heard. Support us by coming along to Titchmarsh Open Gardens on Sun 18th June 11am -4pm where you can have a relaxing afternoon, enjoy refreshments and help raise funds for the campaign.
