Yesterday the Wheatsheaf team posted a sad but inevitable message on Facebook:

…So Boris has locked us down again and we will have to close our doors from Thursday 5th November. With that in mind we are planning to open on Monday 2nd & Tuesday 3rd for both lunch and dinner service, as well as Wednesday 4th.

We need your support now more than ever so please, if you can, book a table and enjoy some food and drink with us. We will be offering a reduced menu and using up our stock to avoid wastage, so limited portions may be available. Please send us a message or call to book your table – we look forward to seeing you.

So, our brilliant Titchmarsh community has a few short days to give the Wheaty a grand send-off before they are required to close for the rest of the month. Let’s give them our support.
