It’s Going to get Spooky!

It’s Halloween and the pitter-patter of tiny ghoulish feet may soon be creeping towards your front door! As soon as it gets dark the streets of Titchmarsh will be visited by all manner of diminutive vampires, ghosts, witches and zombies desperately looking for sweets and treats to satisfy their diabolic cravings!

Typically, if you’d like to receive a visit, the normal form is to leave a lantern or pumpkin on your doorstep. Then prepare an impossibly large cauldron of goodies. Titchmarsh spooks are notoriously peckish.

If you do not want to receive a visit from tiny fiendish minions, you are advised to remove all such decorations, close the curtains, switch off the lights and hide under the bed! They know you’re in there and they can smell a chocolate Hobnob three streets away…!

Cue spooky organ music and lightning….

At the time of writing the weather is predictably cold and wet. However, the BBC weather ghoul says it will dry up later. You have been warned!
