The final delivery of Mike Ashby’s asparagus has just arrived at the village shop.

It’s been a great year for asparagus and it has been really popular with more than 600 portions sold in the shop so far. So if you don’t want to miss out on your last chance to enjoy this popular Polebrook delicacy, then pop in and pick up a bunch soon…

During lockdown, we have been trying hard to track down “hard to get” products, so I am pleased to say we have just had a deliveries of Marmite and Icing Sugar (though probably best not to mix them in the same sandwich!)
