Despite the current Covid-19 lockdown, planners at East Northants Council continue to deliberate over the plans for Newbrook Farm. Last week some villagers will have received a letter from ENC outlining an amendment to the change of use application. Planners realised that what had been applied for in terms of B1, B2 and B8 uses did not allow for a haulage depot. ENC have therefore had to include this as a separate heading in the title of the development.
The revised proposal is now:
19/01623/FUL | Change of use of agricultural land and buildings to haulage yard (a Sui Generis use) plus B1(C) B2 and B8 uses and erection of security fencing and gates. (Fresh application following refusal of 18/02401/FUL) (Retrospective) | Newbrook Farm Islington Titchmarsh Kettering Northamptonshire NN14 3DG
If you wish to make any comments in relation to the amended details, your response should be made no later than 11 May 2020.
