Tonight the Titchmarsh Parish Council will hold their first ever meeting via Zoom. This is not a scheduled meeting but rather an extraordinary meeting to discuss the recent developments surrounding Newbrook Farm. Even so, all of the usual formalities will be observed as normal. Villagers may “attend” and even speak in public open time if they wish.
