Parish Council Meetings

Meetings Held on the 3rd Tuesday of Every Month in the Pavillion

The Parish Council meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7.30pm in the Pavilion. The agenda and minutes of our meetings are displayed on the village notice board, situated at the entrance to the Clubroom, and on this web site.

Note due to the ongoing lockdown situation, all Parish Council meetings are being held on Zoom. See below for connection details.

We support the village newsletter the Titchmarsh Times, which is published every other month, and we use this and the village web site as a way of keeping the parishioners in touch with current issues.

Parish Council meetings are open to members of the public and press, who are welcome to come along and observe. By arrangement with the chairman you, as someone living in the parish, may be invited to address the Council about an item in which you are interested, although you will not be allowed to vote on the matter.

Members of the Public and Press are invited to attend and to participate in Public Open Time and may record the Council meetings but are reminded they may not do so in a way that would disrupt the meeting (e.g. live audio commentary).

If you would like to attend a meeting, simply arrive at the Pavilion in good time (before 7:30pm) and take a seat. Members of the public are invited to speak at the start of every meeting.

Next Meeting: Tuesday 20th July at the Pavilion, Titchmarsh. Starts: 7:30 pm
