The Brownies are Recruiting!

The First Raunds Methodist Brownie pack are looking for new members. Brownies meet up to make new friends, learn new skills, earn badges, help other people and have fun. Although there are several packs in Northampton, this is probably the closest pack to Titchmarsh. That’s one of the reasons why they’re often in the village – taking part in various activities. Recently they visited the the Titchmarsh Village Shop to learn about how the shop is run – and to buy lots of sweets! The pack have also been regular guests at events hosted by Mary Cheney and Lloyd Barret in Islington – a relationship which has been going for over 15 years!
Other recent activities have included orienteering in Woodford and “going back in time” on a farm, learning about rationing – and a ride in a car!
If your daughter is interested in joining and is aged between 5 and 10 years, please contact Caroline on 07831 876 507 or email squirreladams@live.co.uk They will learn new skills, meet friends and have fun.
First Woodford Rainbows (4-7 age group) and First Raunds Methodist Brownies (7-10 age group) meet on Wednesdays from 6.00pm-7.30pm. Brownies pay a subsidised subscription of £20 each term. This is currently £20 a term for First Woodford Rainbows and First Raunds Methodist Brownies.
