This popular event attracts many competitors and spectators to the village; we aim to have a safe and incident free event that is accessible and enjoyable for all.
A Road Closure Notice to through traffic will be in place along the High Street from the Village Shop and then out along the Clopton Road, past Bidwell Cottages and up towards the turning point (prior to reaching Clopton Church). The Road Closure will be in place from 0930-1230 on Sunday 10 May, during which time, vehicle access to the High Street will not be possible.
For people who park their vehicles on the High Street and in order to keep the course free of obstacles for our competitors, would you please ensure that your vehicle is moved off the road by 0930 on that day? The Car Park at the Playing Fields will be available for your use if you need alternative arrangements.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause; however, it will allow our races to take part on a closed-road course, free from obstructions.
