Update from The Wheatsheaf – May 2021
Well, those last five weeks have gone by in a blur! Thank you to everyone who braved the weather and sat outside whilst joining us at the pub. From Monday 17th we are able to reopen the pub inside, so as the weather is meant to get warmer – you are now all free to sit inside. 🙂
What happens now??
Both the inside and outside dining areas are available for use. The rule of six inside still applies, or a maximum of two households per table. We can still only offer table service and we ask that you remain seated unless necessary. Masks must also been worn when entering and moving around the premises.
We are now opening on Wednesday lunch times. We know some of you like a midweek lunch so from 12-3pm we will be open (food served until 2.30pm).
Our Take Away service is still available and we operate during all service hours. The take away menu no longer changes from week to week. Copies of our menu can be found in the pub window, the shop window or the board outside the school. Alternatively call us and we can let you know what is available.
Our dining in menu changes, with weekly specials added to the menu. We also offer starters, sides & dessert options for those that decide to eat on the premises.
Thank you to everyone who has joined us, we look forward to seeing you all again over the coming weeks.
If you would like to book a table, or place an order for a take away then please call 01832 732203
Have a good week, keep safe
